1. On the Lime main control screen, click the wrench on the bottom left.
2. Select Functions on the top middle of next window.
3. Select the Stream Out Configurator
4. Select Add to add a new stream out
5. Select the newly added Streamout and edit selected output stream
6. In the Stream Out Configurator, drag and drop the desired Available Channels to the Selected Channels to be streamed out. Typically looking for what would be the combined pumpdown rate channel and the pumpdown pressure channel in Local Formulas folder
7. Change Stream name to ZipVision, make sure:
- Stream Enabled is checked,
- Stream Type = TCP,
- Listening Port = 90,
- Output Stream Format = Delimited,
- Time Format = (whatever is there),
- Delimiter = , (comma),
- Termination Char = CRLF,
- Interval = 1000, and Not Buffered
8. Now that the software stream out is configured, laptop will need to connected to the DipoleWellsite network by one of the following methods:
- wired by ethernet into the spare port of Edge Router (if running from inside logger)
- Connect laptop to DipoleWellsite wifi with password DipoleDigitalWellsite (if laptop is within close range of logger). If wifi network is not within range, an additional access point will need to be plugged in near pumpdown operator
9. Once laptop is connected to the DipoleWellsite network, configure the network as follows:
- On your Pumpdown Laptop > Right click wifi/ethernet logo > Open Network & Internet Settings
- Change adapter options
- Right Click WiFi > Properties (if wired into Router, right click Ethernet > Properties)
- Internet Protocol Version 4 > Properties
- Use the following IP Address:
- IP Address: 10.0.0.2
- Subnet mask: 255.0.0.0
- Default gateway: 10.0.0.1
- Preferred DNS: 10.0.0.1
- Alternate DNS: 8.8.8.8
- Click OK/Apply through the menu’s
10. At this point, check the Dipole Pump Plugin and validate that data is streaming and index the channels accordingly. (Host IP will have to be 10.0.0.2, Port 90)
