Changing account details

1. Update Personal Information

1. Select Account Details from the menu bar.

2. Click the Edit Icon next to the field you want to change (e.g., name, email address, phone number, or address).

3. Enter your updated details in the selected field.

4. Click Save Changes to confirm.

5. After completing all updates, click Done.

6. Verify Changes:

   • You will receive an email to confirm the updates.
   • Follow the verification link in the email to finalize changes.

Note: You must verify your updated email before resuming account activities.

2. Reset Forgotten Password

1. On the login screen, click Forgot Password.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.
3. Use the new password to log in and access your account.

Important Notes

• Verify email updates promptly to ensure uninterrupted account access.
• Keep your contact information accurate to avoid issues with communication.
