Approval Process – Quick Guide

1. Log In

   • Tap the Login button.

   • Enter your PIN password to access the system.

2. Check for Notifications

   • Once logged in, check for any notifications that require your attention.

3. View Approval Requests

   • Tap the Approval button.

   • A list of pending approval requests will appear.

   • Each request shows an estimated time since it was made.

4. Open a Request

   • Select a request to view its full details.

5. Approve or Reject

   • To approve:

     • Select the approver.

     • Sign to confirm.
       

   • To reject:

     • Enter a comment explaining the reason for rejection.

     • If the approval is rejected, a new approval request can be made after making an update. 

     • 
       

6. Important

   • You can only approve or reject a request before the tool reaches plug depth.

   • After the tool passes plug depth, the request will automatically change to “Not approved”.
