Contacts Setup

1. Access the Notification Center:

  • At the top section of the application, click on the Notification Center to open the Notifications Panel

2. Configure Notifications:

  1. In the Notifications Panel, click on Configure Notifications located at the bottom left corner. 


3. Open Notification Tab:

  • You will see two tabs in the Notifications Window: My Notifications and Contacts.
    • Select Contacts
  • Click on the Add Contacts/Approvers tab.Note: The Wellsite Representative Pin can allow you to access the notification center through the Live View and adjust the notification preferences.


4. Add Contacts:

  • Add new Wellsite Representatives by entering their phone number or email address.
  • Optional: Set a time window for the representative to receive notifications (e.g., start and end times) or select 24-hour notifications.   

 

Note: Only the Operating Company Representative will receive an email with the LiveView link. The Service Company Member and the Third-party Representative will only receive text alerts for notifications.



Note: Ensure accurate input of contact information to avoid missed notifications. Only authorized individuals should be added for notification access.
